About the Role

Your role as a Housekeeping Assistant will involve working as part of a team to ensure all standards of cleanliness and laundry are maintained within the home. You will follow our standard operating procedures for housekeeping and laundry to ensure hotel service standards are upheld.

Other responsibilities include:

• Performing all cleaning duties according to worksheet instructions.
• Understanding the cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings, and the properties of cleaning materials, to ensure all areas are well presented and maintained in good condition.
• Respecting residents' dignity and personal space, ensuring their belongings are always treated with care.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures, including Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments.
• Experience in cleaning and laundry services in a public setting.
• Compassion and a commitment to delivering high-quality housekeeping and laundry services to residents.
• The ability to be adaptable and flexible to cover various responsibilities at short notice.
