Housekeeping Assistant
Part-Time Contract for 30 hours per week
£12.62 per hour which equates to £19,687.20 gross per annum
Sidney Sussex College is seeking to appoint a part-time Housekeeping Assistant to work within the Housekeeping Department. The post will report to the Head of Housekeeping Services and will help to ensure the highest possible standard of cleaning is maintained throughout the College buildings and outlaying hostels.
This post would suit a pro-active, professional individual with a strong work ethic. Experience of professional cleaning work in an educational or hotel establishment would be useful to the role, but training will be provided. The ability to work unsupervised, and capacity to travel daily to outlaying hostels would be welcomed.
The contract available is part time 30 hours per week. The post will work 9.00am – 3.30pm (including an unpaid lunchbreak of half an hour), 5 days in 7, with weekend work required.
