As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional welcome to our guests, ensuring they are cared for in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms, laundering linen, replenishing amenities, and adhering to all health & safety, food handling, fire procedures, and COSHH regulations. Your efforts help maintain our reputation for excellent customer service and ensure guests enjoy a first-class, comfortable stay.

What do we need from you?

• Previous housekeeping experience
• Attention to detail: a keen eye to ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained
• Time management skills: ability to manage time effectively to complete cleaning within designated timeframes
• Communication skills: effectively communicate with hotel staff and guests, respond to requests and inquiries
