Connaught Care Collection is seeking a thoughtful Housekeeping Assistant to maintain high cleanliness standards across residents' rooms and shared areas. You will support daily laundry, follow infection control policies, and collaborate with care and hospitality teams to deliver a five‑star experience while building warm relationships with residents.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is beneficial, in care, hotels, or hospitality.
• A good eye for detail and a quiet pride in getting small things right.
• Understanding that a clean, well-kept space contributes to dignity and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation in residents’ rooms and shared areas.
• Support daily laundry services, handling clothing and linens with care and respect.
• Follow infection control, COSHH, and health & safety policies with diligence.
• Work with care and hospitality teams to deliver a seamless five‑star experience.
• Build positive relationships with residents and be a friendly, respectful presence.
• Ensure the home feels beautifully kept, comfortable and ready for guests at all times.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation in residents’ rooms and shared areas

Support daily laundry services, ensuring residents’ clothing and linens are handled with care and respect

Follow all infection control, COSHH, and health & safety policies with diligence

Work closely with the care and hospitality teams to deliver a seamless, five-star experience

Build positive relationships with residents, being a friendly and respectful presence in their daily lives

Take pride in making the home feel beautifully kept, comfortable, and ready for guests at all times

What You’ll Bring:
