We’re looking for an experienced and friendly Housekeeping Supervisor who has an exceptional eye for detail and delivers flawless service to join our team.

The Role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring efficient housekeeping operations up to hotel brand standards, provide excellent guest experience and achieve 100% guest satisfaction.

Your key duties will include:

  1. Allocate work duties to Team Members.
  2. Perform routine inspections of rooms, service areas, store rooms and corridors.
  3. Report and log any maintenance defects found in the rooms and assigned areas.
  4. Manage, efficiently, stock control and the maintenance of equipment.
  5. Assist in monitoring and controlling housekeeping procedures, including lost and found, key control, security and emergency procedures.

The Person

As well as having previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role, you’ll have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional level of guest service, a charismatic personality with good communication and organisational skills. You’ll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. A good command of the English language is essential.
