You will provide consistent, high-quality service in all areas allocated within the care home environment to meet the requirements of the service specification and the expectations of clients and staff.

Key responsibilities include: carrying out tasks related to catering, cleaning, and laundry services; ensuring the dignity and confidentiality of clients are maintained at all times; working within all areas of the care home environment and Facilities Management Soft Services as instructed by the Assistant Facilities Housekeeper or other appropriate manager; and maintaining all areas used by clients and care staff to the required standards in a consistent and timely manner.

It is essential that you have experience working within catering, cleaning, and laundry services, with a high awareness of current hygiene practices. You should possess organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Desirable qualifications include an SVQ (or equivalent) in Catering, an SVQ (or equivalent) in Cleaning, or an elementary food hygiene certificate.

Working Pattern:
