Salary: £24,434.00 FTE per year
(depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

Goring Hall Hospital in West Sussex is part of Circle Health Group , Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.

We have an opportunity for a Housekeeper to join their team of staff in the Hotel Servicea department.

This is a Part time role for 24 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern between 8pm and 7am. The role will cover the Theatres area and specific training will be provided.

Duties of this role include:

  • Undertake in the day-to-day cleaning of patient, public and employee areas.
  • Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors and Circle Health Group employees.
  • Replenish linen and consumables.
  • Provide flexibility to work in all departments (inc Theatre areas) and at other Circle Health Group sites where appropriate and as requested
  • Complete daily task sheets and submit to the Housekeeper Lead on a daily basis for auditing purposes
  • Comply with all relevant mandatory training

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Competency in literacy and numeracy
  • Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
  • Proficiency in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems.
