JOIVY manages over 160 homes for individual owners, 60 for B2B clients, and several apartment hotels. As we grow our portfolio of high-quality serviced apartments, hotels, long-lets, and rural retreats, we aim to expand throughout Scotland while maintaining excellent service for both Guests and Clients.

Purpose of the role

To ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
2. Change bed linens and make beds.
3. Replenish towels, toiletries, and other supplies.
4. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
5. Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
6. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
7. Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Required skills and qualifications

• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation

£25,400 per annum for 40 hours per week (excluding lunch breaks)
