What you'll be doing...

• Maintaining guest rooms and public areas to be spotless and welcoming, creating a comfortable environment for guests.
• Cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing with attention to detail to ensure guest readiness.
• Changing linens, making beds, and refreshing towels to keep rooms inviting.
• Replenishing in-room amenities such as toiletries, tea, and coffee.
• Reporting maintenance issues or missing items promptly to maintain room quality.
• Adhering to health, safety, and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe environment.
• Supporting with special requests, like setting up extra beds or delivering amenities, to enhance guest experiences.
• Collaborating with other departments, especially front desk and maintenance, for seamless service.
