Salary: £12.21 per hour (18 hours per week over 3 days)

About the Role

The Salesians of Don Bosco, with a resident community of priests and brothers at St John Bosco House and Valdocco House near Salesian College Farnborough, are seeking an experienced Housekeeper/Cook to join our small team. The role involves maintaining high cleanliness standards in Valdocco House, including vacuuming, dusting, laundry, bedding changes, bathroom cleaning, deep cleaning, and related tasks.

You will also assist with catering needs in consultation with the Cook and as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to work flexibly and independently
• Reliability and trustworthiness
• Well-presented with a friendly demeanor
• Physical fitness to handle tasks such as standing for long periods, moving between floors, changing beds, lifting, and carrying, with training provided

Working Hours

1:00 pm to 7:30 pm, three days per week (negotiable)
