Our Client, an iconic British Jeweller, is seeking an exceptional individual to uphold and elevate the standards of presentation, housekeeping, and customer service across our showroom and workshop spaces. This role is designed for a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with an innate understanding of refinement, discretion, and consistency. The successful candidate will act as a “standards manager” — ensuring every visual and sensory element of the business reflects the quality and care for which they are known.
To oversee and maintain immaculate housekeeping and presentation standards across all client-facing and internal areas of the business, ensuring a consistent, polished, and welcoming environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping & Appearance
- Ensure all client areas, desks, drawers, and workstations are kept immaculate, tidy and consistently presented throughout the day.
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and order in all areas: front of house, private consultation rooms, stairwells, back offices, toilets, and staff kitchen.
- Monitor and enhance the scent, lighting, and background music to suit the atmosphere of the showroom and seasonal context.
- Maintain fresh flowers or displays, ensuring they are in perfect condition at all times.
Client Presentation & Experience
- Set and monitor the standard for serving refreshments, ensuring every customer is offered a consistent, elegant experience (e.g. how the coffee is poured, the glassware used, the tray presented).
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of gift wrapping, tissue paper, ribbons, bags and boxes — ensuring perfection and consistency in the final result.
- Prepare private client consultation spaces to the highest standard, paying attention to all details before and after appointments.
Quality Control & Visual Consistency
- Carry out daily checks on the showroom to ensure all displays, counters, mirrors, brochures, and signage are spotless and aligned.
- Report any maintenance or aesthetic issues to the relevant department and follow up to ensure swift resolution.
- Collaborate with sales staff and workshop teams to ensure all visual aspects of the business reflect our standards.
Training & Oversight
- Train and mentor staff in maintaining presentation standards, encouraging team-wide pride and responsibility.
- Create and update reference guides and checklists for standards of tidiness, hospitality and presentation.
- Perform spot checks and provide feedback where required to ensure consistent quality across all teams.

Experience Required:
- Prior experience in a luxury, hospitality, private household or high-end retail setting preferred
- Background in housekeeping, butlering, guest services, or visual merchandising advantageous
- Training or mentoring experience desirable
Working Hours:
Full-time hours, days to be confirmed 5 days a week but flexibility may be required as to which days.
