Overview

Looking for a role where your hard work transforms holidays into unforgettable experiences? Join the vibrant Accommodation and Housekeeping Team at Coldingham Bay Leisure Park.

As part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every guest arrives to immaculate, welcoming holiday accommodation. From making beds and deep cleaning to supporting our busy check-in days, your attention to detail will help guests relax and enjoy their perfect getaway.

No experience? No problem! If you’re enthusiastic and ready to roll up your sleeves, we’ll give you the tools to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Follow a checklist and schedule to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.
• Clean and sanitise accommodation units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living areas.
• Check inventories in holiday units are clean, replacing missing items and reporting stock used.
• Strip and make up beds, replacing bed linen and towels where appropriate.
• Deep cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing, window cleaning and pressure washing.
• Report any damages, maintenance issues or missing items found in the unit.
• Undertake miscellaneous cleaning duties throughout the park which may include leisure & entertainment facilities, reception, offices and toilet facilities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role or the ability to learn quickly.
• A basic understanding of safety and hygiene standards.
• Enthusiasm and strong organisational skills, with great attention to detail.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work efficiently.
• Adaptability and flexibility, combined with a 'can-do' attitude.
• A friendly and professional manner, along with excellent communication skills.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Hours

Hours are variable depending on arrivals and departures due each week. Core days are Monday, Friday, and Saturday for regular check-ins and check-outs.
