*Who is Host & Stay?*

Host & Stay is based in Saltburn-by-the-sea and provides full service holiday home property management to over 760 properties across the UK, with this *brand new non-driving role for candidates that live in Scarborough.*

*Housekeeping Role:*

Here at Host and Stay we are always looking for dedicated and friendly people to clean and look after our portfolio of properties, in particularly in Scarborough.

Experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

To work with us, ideally, we'd need you to be available on our main changeover days, which are Mondays, Fridays and Sundays with weekdays available too.

If you have an energetic can do attitude you will be an amazing fit for us. You need to be friendly, flexible and always willing to help.

Attention to detail and a reliable approach is a must!

*Responsibilities:*

1. Thoroughly cleaning the properties between guests. This includes but is not exclusive to hoovering, dusting, polishing, tidying etc.
2. The changing of linen between guests.
3. Ensuring and maintaining the presentation of houses for guests and owners.
4. Stock control of household basics/essentials.
5. Reporting any necessary maintenance issues or replacements.
6. Securing the property.

As well as the main duties, the role will also include overlooking and managing the finer details unique to each property.

For the right person, additional responsibilities may be offered as the business grows.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
