Job summary

The Witherslack Group is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to support children in our residential homes in Alvescot, Oxfordshire. You will maintain high cleanliness, assist with meals and laundry, and help create a warm, safe home environment for young people with SEMH needs.

The role offers a base salary around £31k with attendance bonuses and regional allowances, 7 weeks holiday, a full induction, and progression to an RSW if desired.

Qualifications

What We Offer

• Salary: Base salary of £27,666 - £28,569
• Bonuses: £1,400 Attendance Allowance (assuming good attendance), £2,000 Regional Allowance
