Job summary

Your Trust is seeking a casual Housekeeper to support a charity-based operation across the Rochdale Borough. You will follow established procedures, assist with cleaning tasks, and help maintain a welcoming environment for community members.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays, and a willingness to wear staff uniform/PPE. Strong time management and communication skills are essential to coordinate with teams and public stakeholders.

• Able to follow laid down procedures and work under pressure without constant supervision.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with stakeholders, partners and members of the public.
• Ability to work within a team with common objectives.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to deal with members of the public.
• Able to work flexibly including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Willing to wear appropriate staff uniform/PPE.
