Job description

Reporting into the Location Manager, responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring that the location is clean, pleasant, and safe for customers in both their home environment and communal areas. Using cleaning products effectively, following instructions and health and safety procedures at all times.

Required knowledge & experience:

  1. Customer service NVQ2 would be advantageous.
  2. Previous cleaning experience and knowledge is desirable.
  3. Safe use of cleaning products.
  4. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, including use of equipment such as carpet cleaners.
  5. Understanding of data protection, confidentiality, and safeguarding vulnerable adults.
  6. Health & safety in the workplace, including COSHH (Control of Substances Harmful to Health).

Required skills:

  1. Well-organized with good time management skills.
  2. Strong interpersonal, empathy skills, and a friendly personality.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Ability to prioritize and plan around customer needs.
