Job summary

Hartford Care is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for Woodlands House Care Home in Woodlands, Southampton. The role is full-time (35 hours) and focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

You will be responsible for daily cleaning tasks, assisting with hygiene standards, and contributing to a caring atmosphere within the home. A DBS check is required.

Responsibilities

• Keep the home clean and safe at all times while meeting hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Work with the team to create a happy and caring atmosphere for residents.
• Dust resident rooms, clean bathrooms and maintain general cleanliness.
• Complete cleaning logs and follow a set of safety and infection-control procedures.

Role : Full time - 35 Hours

As a Housekeeper, you will ensure the home is kept clean and safe at all times while meeting hygiene and cleanliness standards, and working together as a team to create a happy and caring atmosphere.

Whether you are dusting a resident’s room and reminiscing with them about their previous job, cleaning a bathroom, caring for houseplants or completing the cleaning logs, you will do so with care at the heart of everything you do.
