The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. You will strip and remake beds with fresh linens, sanitise bathrooms and report readiness to the Head Housekeeper. You’ll also notify the maintenance team of any necessary repairs, assist with vacuuming hallways, and manage laundry for collection. Regular training and team meetings will support your ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of guest rooms to high standards (vacuuming, dusting, sanitising bathrooms, toilets, tiles, showers and sinks).
• Strip and remake beds with fresh linens; ensure mattresses and blankets are in top condition.
• Prepare rooms and bathrooms for sale and report readiness to the Head Housekeeper.
• Notify maintenance of any necessary repairs; assist with hallway vacuuming and laundry management for collection.
• Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to uphold excellence.

Experience & Skills Required

• Experience of comparable work preferred.

Schedule

• We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300.
• Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays.
