Job summary

Cedar Care Homes is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the home and its grounds. You will work within a team, following guidance from the Home Manager and collaborating with Registered Nurses to meet residents' needs.

We welcome candidates with extensive domestic/cleaning experience; NVQ Level 2 in Housekeeping is advantageous. Training is provided, and you will be supported in delivering a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic/cleaning roles is required.
• Team leading experience is preferred.
• Must follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the home and grounds.
• Work with Home Manager and Registered Nurses to meet residents' needs.

• Full-time: 37.5 hours per week including weekends

Shift Pattern

• Monday – Friday
• To be responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of the home and grounds
• To work according to guidance from the Home Manager and as a team with Registered Nurses to ensure that the needs and expectations of Residents are met

We are looking for experience in some or all of the following areas:

Qualifications

• Training will be provided
• NVQ level 2 in Housekeeping would be advantageous
