Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Accommodation Manager and Domestic Team to maintain a safe, clean, efficient and high quality living environment for NHS staff.
• Complete mandatory training and engage in personal development with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Undertake relevant training for the post as required.
• Recognise and respect individual differences, ensuring team members understand and act accordingly.
• Treat everyone with dignity and respect and act professionally with colleagues, service users and visitors.
• Identify and address any behaviour that undermines equality and diversity.
