Job summary

Chef & Brewer in Reading is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help keep our pub clean, tidy and welcoming for every guest. Join a friendly, inclusive team where you can grow your skills and take pride in your work.

In this role you’ll follow clear procedures to maintain high cleanliness and safety standards, present our public areas to a professional standard, and help ensure the venue stays safe, legal and inviting for customers.

As a Housekeeper, you’ll make sure everything in the pub is clean, tidy, and ready for us to welcome our customers. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Qualifications

As a Housekeeper, you will...

• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety by following procedures at all times.
• Be responsible for cleaning and presenting our public areas perfectly so they are ready for our customers.
• Make sure the hotel is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
