Our Housekeepers play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our homes, ensuring that every room and living space is clean, tidy, and well-maintained. You will champion hygiene and infection control within the home, using specialised equipment and materials to create a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, their friends, and families. Some residents enjoy participating in simple cleaning and laundry tasks, so you may receive some assistance during your routines.

Wellford Gardens is our first luxury new build that offers all-inclusive, luxurious surroundings. It features en-suite bedrooms, fresh air ventilation, acoustic monitoring, landscaped gardens, private dining, hair and beauty facilities, cinema, lounge, and sun terrace. Located just off the A40 on Park Hill in Wheatley, it is a three-storey home with 65 bedrooms, providing 24/7 residential and dementia care. The home incorporates innovative technologies like E-care and offers person-centred, personalised care options.

You should be comfortable working in an elderly care setting, relating to residents with care and sensitivity. Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training.
