Job summary

A leading hospitality consultancy is seeking a passionate Housekeeper with a keen eye for detail. You will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are impeccably maintained while providing excellent service and support to guests. Experience in a similar role is preferred, and a positive, 'can do' attitude is essential for this position.

• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms including replacing bed linen and amenities.
• Assist in maintaining public areas and handling guest requests.
• Report lost property and cover shifts as scheduled.

What’s involved?

As a Housekeeper your duties will include but not limited to:

• Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy including tasks such as replacing bed linen, and bathroom towels, replenishing used amenities, deep cleaning and vacuuming as required
• Assist in maintaining all public areas
• Acting upon guest requests and special requirements where necessary
• Reporting and logging all items of lost property
• Undertaking other duties from time to time
• Covering shifts including weekends if scheduled and bank holidays

We are looking for a passionate, positive and friendly Housekeeper who has a ‘can do attitude’ whilst have an excellent eye for detail and the ability to prioritise as well as organise their day. Ideally hospitality or similar experience is desired.
