A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPER AT OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

• Keeping guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming, creating a comfortable space guests love to return to.
• Cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing with attention to detail to ensure every room is guest-ready.
• Changing linens, making beds, and refreshing towels to keep everything looking fresh and inviting.
• Replenishing in-room amenities like toiletries, tea, and coffee to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Reporting maintenance issues or missing items promptly to keep rooms in top condition.
• Following health, safety, and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Supporting with special requests, such as setting up extra beds or delivering additional amenities, to make each stay memorable.
• Working closely with other departments, especially front desk and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
