Job summary

Hatzfeld Care Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to join our care team. You will organise and provide cleaning services in line with agreed standards, legislative requirements, regulations and best practices to support residents’ comfort and safety.

This full-time role includes weekend shifts on a rota and offers benefits such as life insurance, a company pension, meals provided, and staff bonuses. Mileage is paid over 5 miles and on-site parking is available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a similar environment.
• Previous experience of working as a housekeeper.
• Experience of working with Service Users who have additional support needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assessment of the effectiveness of cleaning implementation and delivery.
• To supervise the cleaning and laundry services in accordance with agreed standards.
• Implement actions to meet and maintain cleaning standards.
• Systematically solve day-to-day problematic issues which arise.
• Evaluate standards of cleaning competence.
• Ensure the Service Users' rights are protected and promote welfare.

Housekeeper

You will be expected to organise and provide cleaning services in accordance with agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations and in line with accepted best practices.

Must live in the UK to apply. Sponsorship will not be offered.

Responsibilities For a Housekeeper

• Assist in the assessment of the effectiveness of cleaning implementation and delivery
• To supervise the cleaning and laundry services in accordance with agreed standards
• Implement actions to meet and maintain cleaning standards
• Systematically solve day-to-day problematical issues which arise
• Evaluate standards of cleaning competence
• Ensure the Service Users' rights are protected
• Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support

Communication Skills

• To communicate effectively with Service Users and their visitors

Previous experience of working in a similar environment

Job Type: Full-time, will include some weekends on a rota basis

£12.88 per hour
