About Hill House

Hill House is a residential care home set in the beautiful, picturesque Devon countryside. Boasting 30 rooms, Hill House provides residential and dementia-friendly care to its residents. There are stunning grounds and views, as well as a hairdresser on site, comfortable, homely rooms for residents, and a large communal lounge to relax in.

The Role

Shift patterns: Our Housekeeping team at Hill House will be required to work 7-hour shifts over 5 days per week, including alternate weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

As a valued Housekeeper, you are at the front line of care. You’ll help us keep our home clean and tidy for residents and visitors, ensuring a tidy, well-maintained environment and clean laundry. Your role is key to maintaining hygiene and safety within the home.

You will work within the cleaning and housekeeping schedules set by the Home Manager or Housekeeping Manager. This may include cleaning residents' bedrooms, flats, communal areas, and offices. Keeping kitchen and store areas clean and following hygienic practices is essential to protect our residents.
