Job summary

Oakland Care Hastings is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain high cleanliness standards across residents' rooms and communal areas. You will perform daily cleaning, deep-clean routines, and ensure laundry is processed promptly, all while supporting infection control and resident wellbeing.

Join a warm, supportive team in a permanent/part-time role. The position offers 25 hours per week, with a pay of £13.20 per hour, based in Hastings.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, especially in care settings.
• Positive, can-do attitude and good attention to detail.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleanliness standards in residents' rooms and communal areas.
• Carry out daily cleaning and deep-clean schedules.
• Ensure laundry is washed, dried and returned promptly.
• Support infection control procedures.
• Work as part of a friendly team prioritising residents' wellbeing.
