About the role
  1. Ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the care home at all times.
  2. Observe and follow our guidelines and procedures while creating a happy and homely atmosphere for the people we care for.
  3. Tasks include deep cleaning, laundry duties, cleaning individual rooms and en-suites, and may involve assisting with kitchen duties.
About you
  1. Previous experience is not required.
  2. You must be committed to making a difference and carrying out all tasks to a high standard.
  3. Reliability and compassion are essential qualities.
  4. Good communication skills are required as this role involves teamwork and engaging with residents to ensure they feel acknowledged.
