The Travel Chapter Ltd is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to support our East Devon holiday homes. This flexible, zero-hour role is ideal for self-employed cleaners who take pride in high standards and guest-ready homes.

You’ll perform premium changeover cleans across multiple properties, manage linen, replenish supplies and report safety issues promptly, while representing Travel Chapter professionally.

We’re looking for experienced, detail-driven Housekeepers and Cleaners to support our holiday homes across the East Devon area. This is a great opportunity for professional cleaners who take pride in high standards and want regular, flexible work within the holiday-let industry.

You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional changeover cleans that ensure every guest arrives to a spotless, beautifully presented home.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering premium-quality holiday-let cleans across properties in and around East Devon
• Completing changeover cleans to tight timescales, any day of the week including weekends
• Carrying out deep cleans and refresh cleans as required
• Managing linen, including stripping, resetting beds and working with linen procedures
• Replenishing supplies and welcome items where required
• Checking properties for maintenance or safety issues and reporting concerns promptly
• Ensuring properties are secure and guest-ready after every clean
• Representing Travel Chapter professionally while working in our properties

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience cleaning holiday lets, serviced accommodation or similar high-standard environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work
• Flexibility and reliability to support changeover days, including peak periods
• Ability to manage linen as part of the cleaning process
• Confidence working independently and managing your own time
• Strong communication skills and a professional, can-do attitude
