Responsibilities

• Assist in the assessment of the effectiveness of cleaning implementation and delivery
• To supervise the cleaning and laundry services within the home in accordance with agreed standards
• Implement actions to meet and maintain cleaning standards
• Systematically solve day-to-day problematical issues which arise
• Evaluate standards of cleaning competence
• Ensure the Service Users' rights are protected
• Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support

Communication Skills

• Good English - Written and verbal
• To communicate effectively with Service Users and their visitors

Requirements

• Desirable But Not Essential: Previous experience of working in a similar environment
• Desirable But Not Essential: Previous experience of working as a housekeeper
• Desirable But Not Essential: Experience of working with Service Users who have additional support needs
