Housekeeper, Malmaison
£12.50 per hour, 16 hours a week, Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development
Type of contract: Permanent
Location: Dundee

Working as part of the Housekeeping team, you will ensure all guest bedrooms within the hotel are cleaned daily. You should have an eye for detail and maintain high standards.

Malmaison offers a range of luxury and boutique hotels in 15 landmark locations across the United Kingdom. Known for style and hospitality, Malmaison provides exquisite accommodation with a relaxing atmosphere, along with sumptuous food and wine in our Chez Mal Brasseries.

As a Room Attendant, you will interact with guests, so conversational English is essential, as is the ability to work independently for periods. You will play a vital role in ensuring all bedrooms are clean and tidy for our guests.

The role involves working set shifts, 5 days out of 7, starting at 9 or 10 am. Flexibility may be required during peak times. Early start times and weekend-only work can be discussed during the interview. The position requires a good level of fitness. Full training on chemicals and equipment will be provided. Experience isn't necessary, but a positive attitude and desire to contribute to the hotel are essential. Malmaison encourages internal development, with plans to have 100 new apprentices by year-end. Candidates may have the opportunity to join our apprenticeship scheme after probation.
