Overview

IMMEDIATE START. preparing and cleaning short-term rental properties between guest stays to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Thorough Cleaning: Perform detailed cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
• Bed & Linen Management: Strip dirty linen, wash and change sheets, and make beds to a high standard.
• Amenity Restocking: Ensure essential amenities like toiletries, toilet paper, and other supplies are replenished.
• Dusting & Polishing: Dust all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures, and polish appliances and other surfaces.
• Floor Care: Sweep, mop, vacuum carpets, and clean any other floor types.
• Maintenance Reporting: Inspect the property for any signs of damage or maintenance issues and report them immediately to the host.
• Waste Disposal: Remove all trash and clean bins between guests.
