Job summary

No.38 The Park, a charming town house hotel in Cheltenham, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain our high standards of guest comfort and cleanliness.

You will play a key role in keeping rooms pristine, managing linen and supplies, and supporting the housekeeping team with timely cleaning tasks. We offer training, progression, and a supportive, friendly work environment in the Cotswolds area.

Qualifications

• As the successful Housekeeper, you will deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, outgoing personality.
• You will maintain very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail.
• You’ll manage equipment, linen and guest supplies and ensure cleaning tasks are completed on time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms to high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Manage linen, guest supplies and housekeeping inventory.
• Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks and projects.
• Receive training and contribute to a positive guest experience.

As the successful Housekeeper, you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team. You will have very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail. Our Housekeepers play an important role in the maintenance of our equipment, management of our linen and guest supplies and ensuring all daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks and projects are delivered on time and to highest standard. You’ll get lots of training and have a good time along the way.
