Job summary

Young's Pubs in Cheltenham is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain our guest rooms and public areas to high standards. You will help manage linen, supplies and cleaning tasks while delivering excellent hospitality and teamwork.

The role offers training and development opportunities with a friendly team, weekly pay, and employee discounts across Young's pubs and overnight stays at our properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality housekeeping preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service every time.
• Maintain equipment, linen, and guest supplies.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks on time and to a high standard.

What we look for in a Housekeeper

As the successful Housekeeper, you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team. You will have very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail. Our Housekeepers play an important role in the maintenance of our equipment, management of our linen and guest supplies and ensuring all daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks and projects are delivered on time and to highest standard. You'll get lots of training and have a good time along the way.
