Job summary

The Queen's Head, Broad Chalke, a historic village pub with nine newly appointed bedrooms, is seeking a reliable housekeeper to maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standard.

You will join Chickpea Group's hospitality team, delivering warm, attentive service and ensuring every space is spotless and welcoming for guests, while enjoying a supportive team and clear promotion pathways.

Qualifications

• Experience in a housekeeping role is preferable.
• Pride in getting things spot on.
• Positive, reliable, and ready to get stuck in.
• A natural team player with great energy.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning guests’ rooms to the highest standard.
• Cleaning and tidying communal areas of the business including customer bathrooms.
• Welcoming guests with warmth, energy, and a big smile
• Delivering exceptional hospitality from start to finish
• Handling guest requests like a pro
• Working closely with your team members to create a great vibe

Housekeeper – The Queens Head, Broad Chalke

The Queen's Head is a pub with real character and history. A recent refurbishment has added nine beautifully appointed bedrooms, elevating what was already a much-loved village pub into one of the valley's standout places to eat, drink and stay.

We’re on the hunt for a reliable and detail orientated Housekeeper.

If you take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and want to be part of a hospitality team that truly cares about guest experience, this is a fantastic opportunity. As a Housekeeper for Chickpea Group, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standard, helping guests feel comfortable and at home while working as part of a supportive and friendly team.
