About the role

As our Housekeeper, you will be required to work two jobs in one. You will ensure daily cleaning schedules are followed and, with the rest of the housekeeping team, ensure every area of the home is clean and up to our standards. This includes corridors, toilets, and residents' rooms. You will interact with residents daily, so it’s important to be friendly, caring, and kind while respecting their dignity at all times.

Here’s Some Other Important Things You Need To Know

• You must understand and comply with all statutory and legal requirements relevant to the role, such as Health and Safety, COSHH, and the Care Standards Act.
• Ensure that all equipment and materials are well maintained and safely stored in appropriate places.
• Report any incidents or maintenance issues to the home manager.
• Keep the laundry area clean and tidy at all times by washing walls, work surfaces, and floors daily.
