Job description

We are looking for an exceptional House Manager / Private PA to support an UHNW family with a portfolio of high-end properties across the UK and internationally. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced and resilient professional to lead a large, high-performing household team while delivering top-tier Private PA support to the principal and their immediate family. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple residences, managing 20+ staff, and ensuring a seamless, 5-star standard of service in every aspect of household and personal life.

This is a highly dynamic and hands-on role, requiring 24/7 flexibility, outstanding discretion, and a solutions-driven mindset. You’ll work closely with 2 EAs and manage one other Private PA, while coordinating complex travel logistics, managing personal correspondence, and assisting with everything from high-level events to art cataloguing and gift sourcing. Your presence will be split across the residences, with travel outside of London required, and occasional international trips to support the wider family's needs.

We are looking for a polished and experienced House Manager / Private PA with at least 15 years in senior private household and estate management, ideally within UHNW environments. You will be confident leading teams, managing budgets, and operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.
