  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations across rooms, dorms, bathrooms, and communal spaces.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of room attendants and cleaners.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure consistency and quality control.
  • Manage housekeeping stock levels and report any shortages.
  • Collaborate with maintenance to report and track room issues.
  • Create and maintain cleaning rotas and checklists.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Support onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a Housekeeping role is essential. No specific qualifications required, just housekeeping experience, a passion for hospitality and a great attitude!

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily housekeeping operations across rooms, dorms, bathrooms, and communal spaces.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of room attendants and cleaners to uphold cleanliness and service standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure consistency, safety, and quality control.
• Manage housekeeping stock levels (linen, cleaning products, amenities) and report any shortages or ordering needs.
• Collaborate with maintenance to report and track room issues or safety hazards.
• Create and maintain cleaning rotas, checklists, and schedules for daily, weekly, and deep cleaning tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire regulations, and COSHH guidelines.
• Support onboarding of new team members and drive a culture of pride, respect, and accountability.
• Be a role model for Kabannas values – friendly, vibrant, professional, and guest-focused.
• Lone working may be required during quieter periods to meet occupancy demands and operational efficiency.
