We have an exciting opportunity to join the Colleges Boarding House teams as a House Caretaker.
The role provides boarding house Caretaker services, as designated by the House Manager, working closely with the Estates Departments for more complex tasks or support. This will include:
- General maintenance tasks
- Repairs and painting to bedrooms, dormitories, toilets, bathrooms, corridors, domestic kitchen spaces and general facilities
- Small cleaning tasks when required when the House is short staffed
- Assisting with carpet and floor cleaning
