As part of an ongoing drive to ensure learners receive outstanding GCSE and Functional Skills maths provision, Solihull College and University Centre is seeking hourly paid teachers to deliver maths to both our Full Time and Part Time learners. This delivery will be across our three campuses and will have opportunities to work in the community, online and delivering bespoke packages through our Multiply offer.
The successful candidate(s) will join a specialist team focusing upon providing consistently excellent maths teaching and learning opportunities to learners of all ages. We are looking for someone who will work alongside the Maths Team in:
Delivery will be across our Blossomfield, Woodlands and Stratford Campuses and off site, working in the Community across Solihull and Stratford. There is a variety of hours available across the week and locations including some evening sessions, please indicate your availability on your application and advise if you have a preferred location(s).
You must hold a Level 3 qualification in Maths or higher and ideally possess a Level 5 teaching qualification (or higher) or be prepared to work towards a relevant qualification.
For the next stage in the process, you will be required to attend the College’s premises, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
