The School of Creative Industries is looking for enthusiastic, industry experienced, and highly motivated Lecturer to join our Interior Design & Architecture teaching team based at our Luton Campus. The successful candidate will be employed on an hourly paid basis, working 6.25 hours per week across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Working closely with our students, stakeholders and local/national employers, you will strive for continuous improvement and higher standards for the benefit of the whole community. We aim to do the ordinary things extraordinarily well. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with contemporary design skills to lecture across our large, flagship course. You will be delivering both industry skills and knowledge to our eager students, with knowledge of contemporary design skills/software essential as you would be leading CAD across the course.
Teaching experience and relevant qualifications are desirable, although we are keen to hear from anyone with the right skills and a willingness to engage in self-development. Essential is the ability to reflect industry practices in teaching and to drive course development.
