Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and experienced individual to teach on our FE BTEC programmes provision in the School of Business. We are looking for a professional with up-to-date industry knowledge who can provide innovative and dynamic teaching to meet the needs of young people and prepare them for the next stage of their lives.

You will be capable of developing a wide range of learning materials that engage and motivate a diverse group of students with differing needs. A relevant degree is essential; teaching experience is desirable. You must be familiar with the BTEC L2 and L3 units and the Pearson standards, and you will be required to teach across different levels within the curriculum.

Applicants should be strong team players with a pro-active approach to work and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be forward-thinking, with innovative ways of working with students. The team already benefits from excellent links with local employers, and opportunities to further these links are always welcomed.

This is a fixed-term contract until June 2026, working in our well-equipped facilities at our Watford and Hemel campuses.
