Job description

Job Title: Hourly Paid Lecturer in Accounting

We are seeking an Hourly Paid Lecturer in Accounting to join our team. Essential qualifications include the ability to teach AAT Accounting up to Level 4, with experience in teaching Payroll up to Level 3 being advantageous.

The successful candidate will be dedicated to delivering motivating and inspiring teaching and learning experiences to unlock students' potential. Responsibilities include preparing schemes of work, lesson and assessment plans, and providing academic and pastoral support tailored to individual student needs.

You will participate in student interviewing, enrolment, and induction processes, utilizing initial assessments and other data to plan effective teaching and learning strategies.

An appropriate teaching qualification such as DTLLS, Cert. Ed/PGCE, or equivalent (or a commitment to obtain one) is required.
