Hourly Paid Digital and IT Tutor
Salary: Scale 6-7, currently £33,476 to £37,659 per annum, pro rata - £23.18 to £26.07 per teaching hour; £17.17 to £19.31 non-teaching rate.

We are seeking to appoint a Digital and IT Tutor responsible for planning and delivering the college’s IT courses across various levels. The role involves curriculum development and collaboration with staff to ensure a high-quality learner experience from assessment to progression.
Requirements include an appropriate degree or professional qualification in IT, a recognized teaching qualification, and preferably awareness of Functional Skills strategies and qualifications. Effective communication, administrative, and IT skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be self-managed, and possess a strong work ethic, positive outlook, and a ‘can do’ attitude. They should be a dedicated and reliable team player.
