Job summary

Travelodge Arundel Fontwell Park is seeking a friendly Hotel Team Member on a Part Time contract. Be part of a supportive, family-feel team with flexible hours and full training provided.

Role involves working across departments from check-in to room cleaning to ensure guests have a brilliant stay. No experience required; opportunities exist for progression through Aspire Programme.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
• Friendly and proactive communication with guests and colleagues.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at check-in/check-out and answer enquiries.
• Assist in maintaining clean, comfortable rooms and common areas to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver a smooth, enjoyable stay for guests.
