Travelodge Cockermouth is hiring a Hotel Team Member on a Full Time contract. No experience required; we coach and teach you everything you need to know.

You will work across all hotel departments, from checking in guests to cleaning rooms, ensuring guests have a brilliant stay. Enjoy a fun, supportive, family-feel team with flexible working to suit everyone, plus opportunity for progression through Aspire Programme.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Willing to learn and develop across hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Check-in guests and assist with reservations.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Provide a friendly, efficient service to all guests across departments.
