Job summary

Travelodge Fort William is seeking a Hotel Team Member on a full-time contract. You will work across departments to ensure guests have a brilliant stay, with a friendly, supportive team and flexible working to suit everyone.

No experience is required; we coach you and help you grow. You’ll handle check-in/check-out, housekeeping duties, and guest queries, with opportunities to progress through the Aspire Programme and other incentive schemes.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Willingness to learn and provide great guest service.
• Flexible working patterns.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and assist with enquiries.
• Clean and tidy rooms to ensure a quality stay.
• Collaborate with departments to support guest experience.
