Job summary

Travelodge Basildon Wickford is seeking a Hotel Supervisor on a part-time contract. You will lead and train the team to ensure guests are warmly welcomed and rooms meet gold standard prep. A flexible shift pattern is required, with early, late, and night duties and the ability to cover emergencies.

Successful applicants should have leadership experience and be able to motivate a friendly, family-like team in a supportive environment.

• Experience leading and training teams.

• Flexible with shifts and able to cover late notice shifts.

Successful Applicant must Drive due to location and no public transport available.

Early 7am-3pm

Late 3pm -11pm

Night 11pm-7am

This will be discussed on interview- All applicant's need to be flexible with working different shifts sometimes and will be available for late notice cover of shifts in emergencies.
