Job summary

Venture Hotels is seeking a welcoming Hotel Staff member to join our front-of-house team. You’ll greet guests, assist with check-in, recommend drinks, and help ensure every guest feels valued during their stay.

You’ll work with a friendly, inclusive team and receive development opportunities across our brands. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong English communication are essential to delivering memorable experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• As a Hotel Staff, you will provide guests with a warm and memorable experience.
• Check guests in and assist with enquiries to ensure a smooth stay.
• Handle telephone enquiries and resolve complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
• Keep front-of-house areas safe, clean and compliant with policies.

As Hotel Staff, you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether you’re checking in a guest or recommending the perfect drink to a customer after a long day, you’ll keep the good times flowing. Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
