We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Property sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Hotel Services Manager to oversee a portfolio of over 50 luxury serviced apartments spread across Central London & Wembley, and overseas.

Hotel Services Manager’s Core Duties

  • Enhance the standard and quality of all properties in the portfolio
  • Ensure the properties are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • Manage a team of staff to uphold standards
  • Maintain the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the properties
  • Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
  • Work closely with third-party contractors for cleaning and maintenance
  • Identify initiatives to boost the brand and firm reputation
  • Experience in property management and/or managing serviced apartments
  • Good team management and leadership abilities
  • Experience within a hotel environment is not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
